There's a lot to say about this Kalamazoo home, but to say it has character is definitely not selling it short.

This one bedroom, three bathroom home at 4307 Sunset Dr., features some unique metalwork throughout the house including a spiral staircase that leads to the basement and a built-in wine rack in the kitchen.

It might be uncomfortably cold in Michigan nearly half the year, but this home comes equipped with an indoor pool and sauna, so owners (and their visitors) can take a dip all year long.
