This $3.7 million historic Detroit home that once belonged to David Whitney is on the market

Brush Park is one of Detroit's oldest neighborhoods, and one of its historic homes is up for sale.

Located at 82 Alfred St., this nine bedroom mansion is one of 10 original homes still remaining in the neighborhood.

Built in the late-1800's the home has been through several owners including David Whitney who built The Whitney and the David Whitney building.

This home is listed by Matt O'Laughlin of Max Broock Realtors.
