Michigan would not be Michigan without Meijer. The Michigan-based supermarket chain has it all.

While there are only a few Meijer locations within the city of Detroit, there are many more in the tri-county area. Some of them are pretty solid, but many of them are, well, not so great.

We ranked a selection of local Meijer stores from worst to best, taking into consideration things like food selection, length of lines, appearance, and overall vibes.
