Kid Rock's Detroit home is back on the market for $2.2M — let's take a tour

Michigan-born deep-fried rap-rocker has, once again, listed his former Detroit digs for $2.2 million in the Joseph Berry Subdivision on the East Riverfront.

The six-bedroom, six-bath, 6,000-square-foot American colonial home was first listed in July 2019 through Skyline Realty Group. Kid Rock originally bought the house for $300,000 in 2012. The home was built in 1930 and is just a few doors away from the Manoogian Mansion. Also, according to Kid Rock, Marvin Gaye used to party here back in the day.

The house has received some updates under Kid Rock's ownership, including a boathouse that has direct access to the river (as well as jet ski lifts!) and two outdoor TVs for year-round viewing.
