Downtown Ferndale Bike Shop proprietor Jon Hughes has bikes in his blood — he's the third generation of his family to make a profession out of bicycling, and he spent years racing, building tracks, coaching and repairing bikes before translating his bred-in-the-bone passion into his own shop.
